Job Summary

As an Operations Manager, you will oversee all inventory control, visual merchandising updates, and product launch logistics. Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Inventory Control: Manage the flow of millions of dollars in high-value, serialized inventory, executing rigorous daily cycle counts to ensure 100% systemic accuracy.
• Launch Logistics: Orchestrate the highly confidential receiving, staging, and deployment of new products during major global launch events (e.g., new iPhone releases).
• Visual Standards: Partner with the visual team to ensure that all store displays, demo devices, and graphic panels are updated precisely according to global directives.
• Team Leadership: Hire, train, and develop a team of back-of-house specialists, fostering a culture of absolute accuracy, security, and efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age upon application.
• No college degree required; 4+ years of high-volume retail operations, luxury inventory management, or supply chain leadership is strictly required.
• Must possess an obsessive attention to detail, mastery of inventory management software, and absolute integrity regarding product security.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and overnights during major product launches.
