Comprehensive Responsibilities
- Product Flow: Direct the unloading of white-goods trucks (appliances) and brown-goods trucks (electronics), ensuring high-value merchandise is secured immediately.
- Omnichannel Fulfillment: Oversee the "pick, pack, and ship" process, ensuring digital orders and curbside pickups are fulfilled within strict time metrics.
- Merchandising Execution: Manage the team responsible for weekly planogram updates, setting up new vendor displays, and ensuring accurate pricing tags across the store.
- Inventory Integrity: Conduct regular cycle counts, manage the returns/open-box process, and ensure the warehouse remains safe, clean, and OSHA-compliant.
