Job Summary

We are actively seeking elite, visionary leaders to guide our regional operations. As a Regional Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of districts, mentor District Managers, and drive high-level market strategies. You will serve as the chief executive of your territory, delivering the signature scale and reliability that sets Hannaford apart in the supermarket industry. This role requires exceptional strategic foresight, deep financial acumen, and the ability to inspire thousands of associates.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Market Strategy: Develop and execute multi-year business plans for the region, focusing on market share growth, competitor analysis, and real estate opportunities.
• Financial Leadership: Oversee the financial performance of 50+ locations, managing regional P&Ls, capital expenditure budgets, and labor optimization strategies.
• Executive Mentorship: Coach and develop a team of District Managers, ensuring strong leadership pipelines and succession planning across all levels.
• Brand Stewardship: Ensure that the Hannaford brand promise is executed flawlessly across the entire region, partnering with merchandising and marketing teams to localize offerings.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age upon application.

• Outstanding executive presence, negotiation skills, and the ability to travel extensively across the region.
