Job Summary

We are actively seeking highly organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented individuals to manage our outbound dispatch operations. As a Delivery Coordinator, you will oversee the staging of heavy bulk orders, coordinate with third-party delivery drivers, and ensure all time-windows are met flawlessly. Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Dispatch Management: Utilize proprietary digital dashboards to assign bulk delivery orders to independent drivers or corporate fleets, ensuring optimized routing.
• Order Staging: Verify that large orders (e.g., furniture, bulk pantry items, appliances) are accurately picked, securely wrapped on pallets, and staged in the dispatch bays.
• Driver Coordination: Greet arriving delivery drivers, verify their credentials, and assist in safely loading the bulky merchandise into their vehicles.
• Issue Resolution: Act as the primary contact for delivery exceptions, troubleshooting failed deliveries, contacting members, and rescheduling drop-offs.
